It is a well-known fact that the timing, combinations and quantity of food groups (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins/minerals), in the diet can greatly affect how you train, your performance and recovery, and reduce injury. Nutritional requirements are dependent upon the type of exercise/sport you undertake. A consultation will include:
- Balancing your diet to optimise your intake of
carbohydrates, protein and fat to match the
requirements of your specific sport/exercise/
- Ensure you are obtaining optimal levels of
vitamins/minerals/anti-oxidants to support your
health during periods of exercise.
- Design a daily meal/snack plan for you to follow to
provide the right amount of energy in specific food
groups to match your requirements and to optimise
your performance and training schedule.
FEE: £80 for 1 hour consultation and daily meal/snack plan;
supplement programme as appropriate.
