Group sessions are a fun and interactive way to learn all about food, nutrition and health in a relaxed, informal session.
If you would like to put together your own group, you can contact me to discuss and arrange the most suitable time & place for your 6-weekly, 1-hour sessions. Each week I will give you information about different nutrients and food groups, how they react in the body and make links to chronic illnesses and disease. You will learn about metabolism and how the body functions. Information gathered will complete the puzzle for you so that you can make informed decisions in future, in order to successfully manage your weight and eat for optimum health and vitality.
