It isn't unusual for people to fall into a rut with their eating patterns. Lots of people tend to do the same shop each week - some say they can walk round the supermarket blindfold as they know exactly what they are going to buy! So it is hardly surprising that many people think they are eating a healthy diet, when in fact it is very unbalanced and contains lots of hidden sugars. They wonder why they have gained weight over the years, or are always tired with low energy and poor immune systems.
As a nutritionist I am able to assess your nutrient intake from the foods you eat and make links to your health status and symptoms.
Dietary Assessment & Report: You can email me your weekly food diary where you have noted everything you have eaten and drunk over the previous week, including the time of meals/snacks. I will assess the amount and types of macronutrients and micronutrients you are typically consuming and send you a report, together with suggestions and a menu of how you could improve your diet so that it is nutrient dense in order to optimise your health and well being. The dietary suggestions will be appropriate for YOUR LIFESTYLE, for instance if you are a student, shift worker, cooking for one, cooking for a family or training for a Marathon.
